Inside Sales Representative

The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Individual should be a self-starter, motivated, fast learner, and have good verbal and written communication skills in a sales situation. Knowledge of computers, Windows, Word, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is a must.

Candidate to sell RetroFit's core information technology services including Managed IT Services, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Professional Services, and Support and Maintenance to new and existing customers. In addition, candidate to determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions as well as build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service. Furthermore, candidate to make cold calls from provided lists to area companies to sell RetroFit’s core services and call past customers to generate sales. Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of company products and solutions
  • Manage multiple relationships well
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Aggressive, competitive and committed
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Effective time management skills
The ideal applicant must have current experience in business-to-business technology sales. Prior telemarketing and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

IT Sales/Professional Services Representative

RetroFit is seeking a high caliber professional with vision and ambition to join our successful sales team. You will be selling to the corporate environment as well as state agencies and municipalities. You must possess an in-depth knowledge of IT operations and be able to communicate with IT people so that you can determine the scope of work and price a project accordingly. You must be willing to be held accountable to sales behaviors and goals. You must have a proven track record of success working in a small to medium sized firm. Ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven cold call experience
  • Closing five figure deals regularly
  • Must be able to handle rejection and have a try, try attitude
  • Prospecting into small to medium size companies
  • Hunting and selling to executive level decision makers
  • Developing new accounts as well as managing existing accounts regularly
  • Achieving earnings success in a commissioned sales environment
  • Closing in two to three calls (maximum)
  • Self-motivated while working in a team environment
  • Excellent job-related references
