Timothy M. Lawlor
Owner and CEO
Tim Lawlor is the principal owner of RetroFit Technologies and the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. Mr. Lawlor has more than 35 years of experience as an information technology professional with broad experience in sales, operations and finance. Under Mr. Lawlor’s leadership, RetroFit has grown from a small maintenance and support organization to a major provider of technology services supporting government, education, and commercial organizations. Through a systematic and proactive strategy, Mr. Lawlor has expanded the company by developing a powerful product portfolio, strong customer relationships and productive management team. In addition, Mr. Lawlor was an appointed member to Governor Romney’s Special Council on Technology in Massachusetts Education. Mr. Lawlor holds a B.S. from Northeastern University.
Robert B. Lawlor
Vice President/Partner
Rob Lawlor has been a Partner and Vice President for the company for over 23 years. Rob continues to sell IT equipment and solutions to small to medium-sized businesses both locally and internationally. Rob has over 30 years experience in various sales positions selling technology products and services to commercial, government and education accounts. Rob continues to have sales responsibility for major customers of RetroFit within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Through the years, Rob has developed strong vendor relationships and partnerships in the industry. Rob holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from University of Massachusetts.
Richard Little
Vice President of Operations and Services
Rich Little has over 27 years of Operations and Field Service experience. He is responsible for managing the Professional Services and Field Services for RetroFit. This includes our state-of-the-art Call Management Center and Logistics. He joined the company in the winter of 1990 and has expanded the Professional Services capabilities to better cover the client base and to increase RetroFit’s presence in the commercial market. He has been instrumental in managing RetroFit’s project managers in handling the largest deployments in Retrofit’s history. Through Mr. Little’s supervision, projects have been completed on time and within the expected budget. Prior to Retrofit, Mr. Little held various field service and management positions with Wang and EMC.
Elizabeth McLain
Controller
Ms. McLain joined RetroFit in 2000 and has been the Controller for the company since 2004. With over thirteen (13) years experience in Accounting and management, Elizabeth currently manages a staff of four. Prior to joining RetroFit, Elizabeth worked for FusionStorm, a national provider of technology solutions, working directly with the CFO. Previously Elizabeth held various Accounting positions with companies that ranged from a small regional company to an international company in excess of $120 million in annual revenues. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Accounting from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
