Taunton, MA – RetroFit Technologies announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) to support the Cybersecurity Health Checks program.
Under the Statement of Work, RetroFit will provide free cybersecurity health check services to municipalities and school districts across Massachusetts. These services are designed to help public sector organizations identify cybersecurity risks, strengthen their security posture, and boost overall resilience against cyber threats.
As part of the program, RetroFit will provide a variety of cybersecurity assessments, including Active Directory hygiene reviews, cloud security assessments, external vulnerability scans, firewall configuration reviews, data loss prevention assessments, and detailed remediation recommendations. Each engagement will produce a formal report that outlines key risks, strengths, and prioritized mitigation strategies.
RetroFit Technologies has 43 years of experience supporting public sector organizations and is a longstanding vendor on Massachusetts statewide IT contracts, including ITC73 and ITS78. The contract supports EOTSS’ Office of School and Municipal Technology and its ongoing efforts to improve cybersecurity readiness across local government and education entities throughout the Commonwealth.
