RetroFit Technologies Awarded Massachusetts ITT85 Category 9 Contract

We are pleased to announce that the Operational Services Division (OSD) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has selected RetroFit Technologies as an awarded vendor under the new ITT85 | Telecommunications and Network Services, Communications and Equipment statewide contract, Category 9 | Equipment Related to Telecommunication Services.

RetroFit Technologies has been awarded ITT85 Category 9 | Equipment Related to Telecommunication Services, providing eligible entities throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with access to telecommunications equipment and related technology solutions through the statewide contract.

Under ITT85 Category 9, eligible entities can procure a range of telecommunications equipment and supporting solutions from RetroFit Technologies, including:

Telecommunications Equipment | Equipment and technology used to support modern voice, communications, and telecommunications environments.
Network Infrastructure Equipment | Networking hardware and related equipment designed to support reliable and scalable communications infrastructure.
Voice and VoIP Solutions | Equipment supporting IP-based voice communications and modern telephony environments.
Unified Communications Equipment | Technology and endpoints designed to support integrated voice, video, messaging, and collaboration.
Wireless Networking Equipment | Wireless infrastructure and related equipment for secure and reliable connectivity.
Video Collaboration Equipment | Technology and equipment supporting video conferencing, collaboration, and communications.
Contact Center Equipment | Equipment and technology used to support contact center and customer communications environments.
Endpoints and Accessories | Telephones, headsets, endpoints, and other telecommunications-related equipment.
Installation and Configuration | Supporting services associated with the deployment and configuration of eligible telecommunications equipment.
Maintenance and Technical Support | Ongoing support and services to help organizations maintain their telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.

Through ITT85 Category 9, eligible organizations across the Commonwealth can work with RetroFit Technologies to source telecommunications equipment and related solutions to support their communications and technology infrastructure.

Eligible Entities

Eligible entities within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts may purchase through the ITT85 statewide contract, including:

Cities, towns, districts, counties, and other political subdivisions
Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches, including departments and elected offices
Independent public authorities, commissions, and quasi-public agencies
Local public libraries, public school districts, and charter schools
Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth
Public institutions of higher education
Public purchasing cooperatives
Non-profit organizations doing business with the Commonwealth
Other states and territories, where permitted under the statewide contract
Other entities designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent
