Jacqueline Lawlor / Chief Executive Officer
Jacqueline Lawlor is the President & Chief Executive Officer of RetroFit Technologies, a certified Women‑Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) providing managed IT and cybersecurity services across New England. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Jacqueline brings a proven track record in sales leadership, client strategy, and organizational growth.
A long‑term leader of the RetroFit team, Jacqueline purchased the business in 2019. Since 2009, she served as RetroFit’s top sales executive, leading the firm’s largest client relationships and managing complex IT engagements. She has deep expertise supporting SLED, nonprofit, and small‑to‑midmarket organizations.
As President & CEO, Jacqueline is responsible for setting RetroFit’s strategic vision, driving growth, expanding its managed IT and cybersecurity portfolio, and fostering a customer‑centric culture focused on long‑term partnerships and service excellence.
In addition to her executive leadership at RetroFit, Jacqueline serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the OPDA Technology Alliance, a nationwide managed service provider organization with more than 50 years of history. She is the first woman elected to the OPDA Board, reflecting her leadership and influence within the technology community.
Jacqueline is a graduate of Boston College.
Josh Andrews / Director of Technology Services
As the Technical Services Manager, Josh is charged with managing service delivery, including customer advocacy, operations, managed services, and professional services. With a combined 12 years of experience in the technology field, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. From international companies to higher education and managed service providers, the skills he has developed over the years enable him to successfully deliver the business outcomes required to help businesses manage their technology. Since graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, he has gone on to obtain his Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering, along with an Office 365 MCSA, Aruba ACSA, HPE Server ASE, and ITILv3 Foundation certification, among others.
Katherine Connor / Director of Human Resources
Katherine joined the company in May of 2012. Katherine brought with her 15 years of both sales and marketing management experience and prior to joining RetroFit, she was the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for MICROS Systems, Inc., an over 6 Billion dollar company offering a range of software, hardware, and related services along with rapidly growing cloud solutions to manage hotels, food & beverage operations, and retailers. Katherine also held positions at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, a preeminent life science network for leading researchers from top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and ARC Advisory Group the leading market research and advisory services for Automation, Control Systems and M2M. Katherine works on various strategic marketing initiatives to help develop and promote the RetroFit brand in both the direct marketplace and throughout the channel.
Tyler Brown / Director of Sales & Marketing
Tyler leads Sales & Marketing at RetroFit Technologies, where he focuses on helping organizations align technology with business goals while driving growth across the company. Throughout his career, Tyler has built strong client relationships, helped organizations solve business challenges, and delivered results through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Before joining RetroFit, Tyler held sales and marketing leadership roles in the technology and SaaS industries, gaining experience in digital marketing, cloud solutions, managed services, and business development. His ability to connect business strategy with technology has helped organizations improve efficiency, reduce risk, and make smarter technology investments.
At RetroFit, Tyler works closely with customers, municipalities, nonprofits, and commercial organizations throughout New England. He is passionate about helping clients navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape while supporting the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and children, woodworking, boating, traveling, and taking on home renovation projects.
Jen Murgia / Controller
Jen serves as the Controller, bringing over eight years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and corporate finance. She began her career in public accounting, where she developed a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Most recently, she served as a Financial Reporting Manager for a billion-dollar organization, leading reporting processes, strengthening internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with accurate and timely financial results. As Controller, Jen oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and process optimization initiatives. She is passionate about building scalable financial systems that support growth, enhance transparency, and drive strategic decision-making in a dynamic, service-driven environment. Jen holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State University.
