Timothy M. Lawlor
Tim Lawlor is the Founder of RetroFit Technologies. Mr. Lawlor has more than 35 years of experience as an information technology professional with broad experience in sales, operations and finance. Under Mr. Lawlor’s leadership, RetroFit has grown from a small maintenance and support organization to a major provider of technology services supporting government, education, and commercial organizations. Through a systematic and proactive strategy, Mr. Lawlor has expanded the company by developing a powerful product portfolio, strong customer relationships and productive management team. In addition, Mr. Lawlor was an appointed member to Governor Romney’s Special Council on Technology in Massachusetts Education. Mr. Lawlor holds a B.S. from Northeastern University.
Chief Executive Officer
Jacqueline brings to her role as Chief Executive officer over 15 years of experience within the IT Industry. Since 2009, Jacqueline held the position of RetroFIt’s top Sales Executive managing our largest clients and complex IT engagements. She has vast knowledge into the inner workings of SLED, Non-Profit and SMB organizations. As Chief Executive Officer, it is Jacqueline’s mission to lead the organization in its growth and strategic direction. Jacqueline is continuing to expand RetroFit by developing a powerful product portfolio and fostering a culture of customer services within the organization. Jacqueline has held positions at other organizations, such as Staples and is a graduate of Boston College.
As President of RetroFit Technologies, Wayne is responsible for strategically guiding RetroFit in its mission to bring an unparalleled level of customer service, as well as to drive overall company performance. Wayne is a driven management professional who consistently strives to improve customer experience and bring value to his clients and internal teams. Wayne’s career has been focused in Technology Management, Sales and Operations holding previous positions at companies such as W.B. Mason and K & M communications.
Controller/Human Resources Director
Craig oversees all financial activities of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, and planning and analysis. He also handles RetroFit’s human resource and employee benefits coordination and management. Craig is a well-rounded senior finance and operations executive with progressive experience in private equity and privately held companies. Prior to RetroFit, Craig has had a variety of finance and operational leadership roles spanning from General Manager to CFO of various manufacturing businesses. Craig began his career at Scott Paper’s headquarters in Philadelphia. Craig received in bachelor’s degree in business management with concentration in Accounting from Widener University in Chester, PA. Craig has been a member of various groups from National Association of Credit Managers to Treasury Management Association of New England.
Director of Marketing
Katherine joined the company in May of 2012. Katherine brought with her 15 years of both sales and marketing management experience and prior to joining RetroFit she was the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for MICROS Systems, Inc., an over 6 Billion dollar company offering a range of software, hardware and related services along with rapidly growing cloud solutions to manage hotels, food & beverage operations, and retailers. Katherine also held positions at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, a preeminent life science network for leading researchers from top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and ARC Advisory Group the leading market research and advisory services for Automation, Control Systems and M2M. Katherine works on various strategic marketing initiatives to help develop and promote the RetroFit brand in both the direct marketplace and throughout the channel.
