Placing a Service Call
With RetroFit, placing a service call has never been easier! RetroFit has a state-of-the-art Call Management Center that allows Commonwealth’s customers web-based access to log and track service requests. Simply click on Customer Support Login and log in your user name and password. Once logged into our system, you can place a request for service.

Procurement of Hardware
For hardware obtained from third parties, RetroFit ensures a 5% maximum equipment markup on incidental hardware. This is one of the lowest offered in the Commonwealth!
Purchasing technology products, services, or support through RetroFit is easy and fast. Who can use the contracts? Any eligible entity within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (schools, libraries, state agencies, towns and municipalities) can procure a full range of technology services and products through RetroFit.
